Cable box of the standard booth must be put into cable trench; Cable box of the special booth must be put into cable trench or inside the booth. It is strictly prohibit putting cable box obviously in the public area such as the passage or outside of the booth. The hidden wire should be inside of metal or PVC pipe and the lighting kept with enough distance(above 0.5 metre) to flammable materials for safe. 2. Only qualified electrical wires such as cable wires can be used. It is strictly prohibit using twisted-pair and aluminium-core wires. 3. Electrical wires should be connected fast and the insulation safeguard should be done by porcelain or plastic junctions. 4. There must be a frame board to protect the electrical wire when it is across through the passage. 5. It is strictly prohibit using the exposed light. Neon light should be fixed above 2.5 metres height. 6. The metal outside and the frame of all the electrical equipments or the objects with electrical must be connected with the earthing safely. 7. It is strictly prohibit putting the tinder near cable box. 8. All the electrical operators must have valid electrical operation certificates. 9. Electrical installation should be carried out according to the "Electrical Low-volt Rules & Regulations". 10. The exhibitors should check the safety of the electrical circle or the gas pipe connection before their applications for power or compressed air supply. When we receive the  application for switch power/compressed air on from the organizer, we will recheck the safety again with the organizer and the exhibitors. Then we will switch power/compressed  air on for the eligible exhibitors in 2 hours.     Build-up inside in Hall:     11. It is strictly prohibit burrowing, knocking and pasting. 12. Support board must be put before the installation of a huge heavy machine in the Hall. 13. Make sure the structure of the booth is fixed firmly. No flammable materials, no nylon for booth construction. Booth with ceiling should install simple fire water spray system. 14. Goods must be stacked firmly without incline. 15. Double-sides stick should be used to fix the carpet. It is strictly prohibit using materials that are difficult to clean up. 16. No movement and change of any facility & equipment inside the Hall. 17. No lean and usage of any facility & equipment inside the Hall without permission. 18. It is strictly prohibit hindering the fire protection facilities & fire channels. The passages must be wider than 1.2 metre in front of the hydrant, the technical room door and the alarm bell. 19. No hanging on the fire pipe and the sprinkler. 20. Fireproof treatment should be dealed with the materials which surface is wood made. 21. No electric welding inside the Hall. 22. No clear-sighted fire inside the Hall. 23. No spray-paint & spread inside the Hall. 24. Exhibitor can't hanging anything in the Hall without application. 25. Permissive hanging point's bearing must be lower than 200kg, while single whole structure weight must be lower than 1000kg. And the personnel of venue owner will put it into execution. 26. It is strictly prohibit connecting water pipe or air pipe with the pipeline of the Hall directly. It should be connected with a valve on the outlet. 27. No sewage & oil can be poured inside the Hall at random. 28. Any electric, machine and chemical goods considered as a dangerous article will be  banned to bring into the Hall. 29. The duty side is responsible for any damage to the facility & equipment. 30. No goods can be piled up in the fire emergency passages or the public areas during the move-in days and the show time. Otherwise you will pay for the penalty. 31. To establish the construction criterion of exhibition stands, prohibiting various hidden troubles, the following rules for drowing review and construction are stipulated: (1) All two-storey,multiple-sorey and outdoor stands' drawings should be inspected by National Grade A Registerd Structural Engineer. Organizers will offer the sample form for Building Approval for Special Stand Design in order to be filled out by exhibitor or his contractor. (2) Please fill out Form 3B in exhibitor's manual and return to organizers before April 1. (3) Drawing inspection fee: RMB50/sqr. Re-inspection fee: RMB25/sqr. Inspection area: 2nd floor sqm + its relevant ground fllor sqm (4) Deadline for drawing submitting is April 15 to organizers. Later submitting will have subjected to a 50% surcharge. Failure of this, organizers and venue owner as well as official drawing inspector (Shanghai HAH Consulting & Exhibition Co., Ltd.) will reject and stop any booth set-up work done by exhibitor or his contractor on site.     Vehicle:     32. No vehicle can come into the Hall without permission. 33. The height of the vehicle, which is allowed to come into the Hall, can't be higher than 4 metres. And the speed can't exceed 5km/h. 34. Operation of the forklift should according to the rules & regulations. The driver must be qualified personnel and the speed can't exceed 5kg/h.     Others:     35. No smoking inside the Hall. 36. No cooking inside the Hall. 37. The box food and flower from outside can't be brought into the Hall. 38. No flammability & exploding materials can be brought inside the Hall during the show time. 39. Exhibitors cannot bring the equipments which we can provide into the Hall. 40. Contents in " Usage and Management Rules & Regulations of Shanghai New International expo. Centre". 41. Shanghai New International Expo. Centre has the final explanation rights. 42. Exhibitors and build-up units should obey the rules & regulations above-mentioned. We shall do some necessary treatment to any affair, which is out of the line.
