Exhibitor or his contractor will be allowed to decorate his stand upon the rules from organizers and venue owner. No structure in their stand fitting may exceed a height limit 8 meters, and no part of any structure may extend beyond the boundaries of the space allocated. |

Any exhibitor who books 2 blocks of raw space and wants to set up an arcade over the 2 blocks of space will keep a height of 4.5 meters at least from the floor level to the bottom of this arcade. |

Exhibitor with stand of special design is required to send the dimensional drawings in duplicate or drawings in *.jpg / *.pdf format through e-mail way to the organizers for approval before any work is put in hand, and in any case not later than 30 days prior to opening of the exhibition. Please mark the location of water, air, power supply or communication facilities on the dimensional drawings. |

Exhibitor should appoint qualified booth contractors and report to organizers for remark or reference. |

Exhibitor or his contractor will pay a stand construction deposit US$250 to organizers prior to opening of the exhibition. Such deposit will be refund only if exhibitor or his contractor will bring back all construction materials after the exhibition with written note from venue owner who affirms no damage to its show facilities. |

For any overtime work request, exhibitors or contractors are required to inform the show management office at the vestibule of each hall before 15:00 each day. The charge for overtime work is US$60 per hour per exhibitor before 22:00 and is US$120 after 22:00. Later application will be subjected to a 50% surcharge. |

No drippage of paints & coating to ground. Waste chemical products should pour into special collection box outside gate 1 or gate 6 of each hall. No water can be gained from toilet but from water outlet outside gate 1 or gate 6 of each hall. |

Exhibitor is bound to display the announced products (exhibit that is not relevant to the exhibition subject is not allowed to display) and is not allowed to sub-let the stand to other parties either wholly or in part. Otherwise, it may rise a termination of exhibitor's participation and no refund of any payment made by exhibitor. |

At the beginning of move-in period, exhibitor or his contractor could use temporary electricity from jacinth power supply boxes at the entrance of hall gate 2, 4, 7, 9 for stand and machinery installation. All water, compressed air, electricity and telecommunication facilities ordered by exhibitor or his contractor in advance will be supplied by venue owner during 12:00 - 14:00 on May 21. To dismantle smoothly, please do not forget to keep the exhibits or machinery in shape properly for package before 14:00 on May 26 because electricity supply will be shuf off at 15:00 on May 26. Temporary electricity for dismantling can be supplied in the same way. |

Exhibitor who orders telecommunication facilities should stop to use before 15:00 on May 26, and return telecommunication facilities to show management office of each hall. Deposit will be refunded if have. |

Exhibitor who display products without customs clearance should go to the official forwarder office of each hall for a permit paper to bring exhibits out after the close of the show on May 26. |

Exhibitor who apply for hanging advertisement from hall ceiling should deliver the content and size of such advertisement to organizers and venue owner for approval before May 8. Exhibitor who apply for hanging point from hall ceiling should deliver design, materials, weight of such structure to venue owner for approval and price quotation before May 8. After the close of the show, exhibitor who wants to get back these hanging materials should wait for venue owner to unhang, otherwise will give up these materials. |

All exhibitors should not leave your valuables, important documents and exhibits unattended throughout the whole exhibition period. Please take care of yourself and keep your properties with you all the time. |
